Background:
The SSURGO
pre-processor tool is an ArcView 3.x extension to
be used in conjunction with the ArcView SWAT
model. It allows a user to prepare and incorporate SSURGO 2.0 and
SSURGO 2.1 soil data sets. The extension essentially creates the usersoil.dbf file that is referenced by the SSURGO soils
layer from within the model.
This
work was initially presented at the American Society of Agricultural
